A Shanghai manufacturer built on precision.
Founded in 2013, we develop molds and molded components in-house — from tool steel to final inspection — for customers in medical devices, oil & gas, home appliances and automotive.
Founded in May 2013, Shanghai Fantastic Jade Industrial Co., Ltd. is a privately owned manufacturer specializing in plastic injection molds, liquid silicone rubber (LSR) molds, and injection-molded components for medical devices, oil & gas seals, home appliances, and automotive parts. Our 3,200 m² facility in Fengxian District, Shanghai represents an investment of over RMB 10 million. We run 21 injection molding machines with clamp forces from 60T to 470T — 17 Haitian machines and 4 all-electric Japanese machines — including a 160T two-shot molding machine and a vertical injection molding machine. Our in-house toolroom is equipped with CNC machining centers, Beijing Jingdiao high-precision engraving machines, EDM and mirror-EDM machines, grinders, and milling machines. Every part is verified with a full suite of inspection equipment: a Renishaw CMM, 2D video measuring machines, a Konica Minolta spectrophotometer, a high-magnification video microscope, and precision hand tools.
